Arsenal star Declan Rice spotted ahead of Brighton clash amid rumours of absence

Arsenal star Declan Rice has been spotted with the rest of his teammates on their matchday walk this morning ahead of the Premier League clash with Brighton & Hove Albion.

The club-record signing has been a colossal for Mikel Arteta’s side this season, making 24 appearances in total. Rice has become one of the Gunners’ best players and has been instrumental in their title bid in the first half of the season.
Rice is yet to miss a single game this season, but his 100% record was placed in doubt earlier on Sunday morning. Rumours on social media began to surface claiming the England international was due to miss the visit of the Seagulls.
No apparent reason was given but the rumour was enough to spark fans into frenzy over the availability of Rice. However, the midfielder has since been pictured with the Arsenal squad on their usual pre-match walk.
X account @Rice6ii posted the image on his social media account where you can clearly see Rice walking with the rest of his teammates along a park in London.
Doubts over his availability were then minimised once again when @Stuafc71 confirmed Rice was on the team walk. Panic over for Arsenal supporters and Arteta.
One player who could be forced to settle for a place on the bench at the Emirates Stadium this afternoon is Gabriel Martinelli. The forward missed the clash with PSV Eindhoven after falling unwell before Arteta confirmed he was in contention.

However, the Arsenal Instagram account posted an image of Leandro Trossard on their story meaning the Belgian could get the chance to haunt his former side with his first start since the 2-1 win over Wolves.
