Arsenal

Arsenal XI vs Luton XI : Confirmed team news, predicted lineup, injury latest updates.

Arsenal enjoyed a great weekend as their victory over Wolves was complemented by Manchester City’s third consecutive Premier League outing without a win.
A rich vein of form over the festive period will be critical to the Gunners’ success this season, and they must enter the most frenetic part of the season with plenty of momentum. Arsenal will be hoping to extend their winning run in midweek as they visit Luton Town on Tuesday night.
Arsenal were serious title contenders then and are serious title contenders again now as they look to move five points clear at the top with a victory.

Predicted Arsenal lineup vs Luton Town
David Raya (GK) – There was no clean sheet for Raya at the weekend, by the Spaniard’s performances are steadily improving.
Ben White (RB) – There’s no need to risk Tomiyasu, Mikel. Give him the night off!
William Saliba (CB) – There are no doubts about Arsenal’s centre-back pairing on Tuesday night.
Gabriel (CB) – Gabriel has been excellent over the past few weeks. The Brazilian will relish the physical battle under the lights at Kenilworth Road.
Jakub Kiwior (LB) – Zinchenko has performed well in recent games, but his lapses in concentration – surprisingly in possession – have almost cost Arsenal. I think he gets rotated out of the side in midweek, and we could see a rare start for Kiwior.
Declan Rice (DM) – Arsenal’s fire extinguisher is set for a bucketload of minutes over the festive period. Rice has started every Premier League game so far this season, and that will continue on Tuesday.
Martin Odegaard (CM) – Odegaard produced his best performance in months at the weekend and will once again serve as Arsenal’s chief creator.
Kai Havertz (CM) – With Luton poised to frustrate akin to Brentford, this could be a game for Havertz, who scored in back-to-back games before he was removed from the XI at the weekend.
Bukayo Saka (RW) – Saka’s fast start on Saturday helped Arsenal into a 2-0 lead. When he performs as he did in the first 20 minutes against Wolves, Arsenal are a mightily formidable attacking unit.
Gabriel Jesus (ST) – The Brazilian proved efficient with his touches at the weekend, but his was wasteful in front of goal. His work in the box will be critical in midweek.
Gabriel Martinelli (LW) – Martinelli didn’t join in on the early fun last time out, but the Brazilian has put together a couple of impressive performances back-to-back. Arteta doesn’t like resting his live wire down the left.
